To thrive in this role, you must be a fully licensed mental health professional who can practice and bill independently in Tennessee. Eligible license types include:

• Licensed professional counselor (LPC)
• Licensed mental health counselor (LMHC)
• Licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT)

Experience in long‑term care, or medical settings is a plus, but compassion, clinical strength, and a passion for underserved populations matter most. New‑to‑the‑specialty clinicians are welcome; our onboarding team will set you up for success.
