As part of its expansion in the Nordic countries, our client is looking for a Medical Aesthetic Nurse to spearhead its expansion in the nurse-led clinics segment across the Nordics
.

Thanks to your aesthetic medical expertise and your in depth knowledge of the clinics processes, you will be able to develop strong relationships with nurse-led clinics and support them in their growth.

Positioning yourself as a true partner to clinics in your area
, you will help drive the development of your clients through innovative thinking and new approaches that elevate their treatments and value proposition.

• Developing relationships with aesthetic nurse-led clinics, med-aesthetic practices, and academies
• Understanding their practices and challenges in the field to better
• Presenting and demonstrating solutions from a clinical and business perspective
• Working closely with Marketing and Clinical Education teams to run lead-generating events, demos, and workshops; for you and your clients
• Ensuring seamless onboarding of new clinics and managing long-term relationships
• Supporting new clinics in their launch and growth
• Build lasting relationships with practitioners
• Monitor regional performance and contribute to the growth of the installed base and business
• Reporting directly to top management.

• Experience in aesthetics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals or dermocosmetics
• Recognized for your interpersonal skills with practitioners
• Comfortable in an advisory and support role
• Sensitive to the challenges of clinic development
• Fluent in a Nordic language + English
• Mobile and willing to travel frequently
