Location: Must reside near one of our Elevance Health Pulse Point locations.

Hybrid Work: Requires associates to be in-office 1-2 days per week; remote work allowed for the remaining days. Alternate locations may be considered if commuting distance allows. Job Description: This position necessitates extensive experience and knowledge of HCBS benefits and LTSS assessments. The Training Specialist is responsible for facilitating performance-based learning events (general associate, management, sales, clinical, technical, operations training) with a focus on soft skills to influence behavior.

• Facilitate performance-based learning events.
• Deliver synchronous and asynchronous sessions using varied media, in virtual and in-person settings.
• Employ rapid course development methodologies to meet market needs.
• Manage learning environment, including learner performance and escalating issues to leadership.
• Measure, track, and evaluate learner and market satisfaction.
• Think and act globally, aware of adult learning and cultural differences.
• Keep technical skills updated.
• Travel to worksite and other locations as needed.

• BA/BS in related field and a minimum of 4 years training experience; or equivalent education/experience.
• Four years of clinical or sales experience or a certification/license in the appropriate field may be required.
• Previous international training experience may be required.

• Experience in facilitating training preferred.
• Previous experience as an LTSS Care/Service Coordinator strongly preferred.
• Experience in managed care preferred.
• Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Facets, HIP Product (HIP 2.0), TMV, MACESS, ACMP highly preferred.
