• Lead efforts to resolve complex technical issues and system errors, requiring cross-team collaboration
• Coordinate and lead testing and validation activities for system changes, enhancements, and upgrades
• Oversee project management for EHR implementation projects and system upgrades
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance EHR functionality and interoperability
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior analysts and team members

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 2 years of applicable IT or healthcare experience
• Certification in 1 or more Epic Applications
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of healthcare business processes and technology

• Experience with project management and leading meetings
• Familiarity with healthcare workflows and terminology
• Cross-application integration knowledge
• Proficiency in desktop tools, including Word, Excel, and Power Point
