Play Therapist​/Child Therapist Trauma-Informed

About The Role

Innsaei Child & Family Therapy is seeking a child-focused therapist with play therapy experience to join our trauma-informed, holistic practice in Orem, Utah. This role is ideal for clinicians who feel called to work deeply with children and families and want to grow within a collaborative, heart-centered clinical environment. We are especially looking for therapists who already have training or meaningful experience in play therapy and are excited to continue developing that specialty.

Innsaei prioritizes developing clinicians into long-term leaders. As our practice grows, therapists who demonstrate strong clinical skill, reliability, and alignment with our values may be considered for future Clinical Supervisor roles. We strongly value promoting from within and supporting therapists who are interested in developing into leadership over time.

• Provide therapy for children, teens, and families.
• Use play-based and developmentally appropriate interventions.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Maintain clear and timely documentation.
• Track and support client progress.
• Collaborate with caregivers and support systems.
• Participate in team consultation and meetings.

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, MFT, or related field.
• Licensed or provisionally licensed in Utah (CMHC, ACMHC, LCSW, CSW, LMFT, AMFT).
• Experience working with children and adolescents.
• Play therapy experience or training.

• Registered Play Therapist (RPT) or pursuing credential.
• Trauma-informed clinical training.
• Interest in holistic or integrative healing approaches.

• Love working with kids and believe in the power of play.
