Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and oversight in the coordination of complex and escalated cases Conduct comprehensive reviews and analyses of test orders and laboratory reports Mentor and support junior genetic counselors and trainees, and lead the development of new testing protocols
Required Qualifications Master of Science or Master of Arts in Genetic Counseling from an ACGC-accredited program or equivalent Board-certified Genetic Counselor Significant experience (5+ years) in clinical and laboratory genetics Must be eligible to work in the USA without restrictions Onsite training and occasional meetings may be required; remote work available for experienced candidates
