Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and report data related to hospital and professional billing denials Identify denial trends and collaborate with teams to implement process improvements Ensure compliance with regulations and prepare reports for senior leadership on denial metrics
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, or related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare data analysis or revenue cycle operations Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau) and Epic Cogito Epic Reporting Certifications and/or Certified Revenue Cycle Executive (CRCE) or similar certification required Remote position with occasional travel for training and meetings
