Licensed Mental Health Counselor

We loved love someone who wants a hybrid contract role based in Norwich, CT, with the flexibility to work from home part-time. However, we are also willing to take on someone who is full telehealth. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions, developing and managing individualized treatment plans, and providing mental health support to clients. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential for success in this role.

• Proficiency in Treatment Planning and ability to create individualized care plans based on client needs
• Expertise in Mental Health services, including counseling and therapeutic interventions
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Martial and Family Therapy, or a related field
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Active Professional Liability Insurance
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and effectively collaborate with clients and colleagues
• Ability to maintain accurate and thorough client documentation in a timely manner
