Job Description

Provides assessment and analysis of the JMH ACPE Program accreditation portfolio.

• Master's Degree Theological Studies (M.Div or equivalent) - Required
• ACPE—Certified Educator - Required

• 5 years Healthcare - Spiritual Care - Preferred
• Healthcare - Chaplaincy - Preferred

• ACPE Program accreditation oversight

• ACPE Certified Educator - Required

• In depth knowledge of ACPE Program Accreditation Requirement
• Maintains professional and personal integrity
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Consult with and cooperate with the Director of Spiritual Care
• Maintain a positive working relationship between the Spiritual care department
• High degree of working with minimal supervision
• Adheres to the John Muir Health and departmental policies and procedures regarding sick time, attendance, rest and meal periods, dress code, safety, etc

Temporary per diem position NTE May 29, 2026

08.0 - Per Diem Days No Waive (United States of America)

$79.07 - $106.72 Hourly

Offer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure.

Pay will be adjusted to the local market if hired outside of the Bay Area.

Note:

Positions at JMH which are exempt (not eligible for overtime) under the level of Manager are listed as hourly for compensation purposes on this posting. The work shift will contain the word ‘exempt’ on it.
