Part Time Range: $65-$70 hourly (we also pay for one hour of case planning per week, per case at the billable rate)

FT Salary Range:
Base $80,000-$85,000 (PLUS significant quarterly bonus potential. Combined potential: $100,000+)

We are now an Early Intervention provider throughout all of our regions. Balanced case loads with AM hours. No weekends required.

We have home-based BCBA opportunities in all of our regions.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports
  • Develop & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans
  • Supervise and train ABA/Behavioral Technicians
  • Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans for children
  • Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers
  • Conduct Functional Assessments and Functional Analysis of all problem behaviors when needed
  • Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, and graph/monitor progress

Requirements:

  • Must have a current BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable by state)
  • Master's Degree in ABA or related field
  • Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
  • Previous ABA Experience
  • Must be comfortable working with families and providing in-home services
  • Maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Must have your own transportation and auto insurance
