- Ensure compliance with health plan requirements related to provider certification and credentialing
- Streamline workflows and processes for the onboarding department using automation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve complex provider enrollment issues and claim denials
- Mentor and train new and existing staff while maintaining up-to-date credentialing databases
- 7+ years of experience in managed care credentialing, billing, or medical staff service settings
- Experience leading enrollment teams with a large provider inventory
- Strong knowledge of NCQA guidelines and delegated payers preferred
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience supporting Medicare/Medicaid required
- Georgia payer/provider knowledge
- Experience using Verity Credential Stream
- Athena EMR experience
