What You’ll Do- Conduct assessments & create treatment plans
- Provide caregiver guidance & family support
- Supervise and mentor RBTs/BTs
- Develop & implement behavior support plans
- Collect and analyze data to drive outcomes
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Active BCaBA certification (BACB & state, if applicable)
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Strong communication & leadership skills
- Experience as a practicing BCaBA preferred
- $5,000 sign-on bonus
