This role is specifically for candidates with experience building and maintaining referral relationships within the ABA or autism services industry.

If you do not have experience working in ABA, behavioral health, or pediatric healthcare outreach, this role is not the right fit.

About Glow Forward ABA

Glow Forward ABA is a mission-driven, clinician-led organization providing high-quality, home-based Applied Behavior Analysis services for children with autism. Our focus is on compassionate care, strong clinical outcomes, and building meaningful relationships with families, providers, and communities across North Carolina.

Position Overview

The Outreach Manager will lead outreach and relationship-building efforts throughout North Carolina to increase referrals, strengthen provider partnerships, and expand Glow Forward’s presence in the communities we serve.

This position is based in North Carolina and requires regular in-state travel to build and maintain referral partnerships.

This role is ideal for someone who has worked in ABA growth, intake, or outreach and understands how referrals move from diagnosis → evaluation → authorization → services.

Key Responsibilities Referral Development & Relationship Building
  • Develop and maintain relationships with pediatricians, developmental specialists, psychologists, schools, and therapy providers
  • Conduct in-person and virtual outreach, presentations, and “lunch & learns”
  • Build long-term referral partnerships within the autism and pediatric ecosystem
Pipeline Growth
  • Identify new referral sources and community opportunities
  • Track referral activity, conversion metrics, and growth trends
  • Collaborate closely with intake and clinical teams to ensure smooth handoff from referral to services
Community & Brand Presence
  • Represent Glow Forward ABA at provider meetings, community events, and professional organizations
  • Increase brand visibility among local providers, schools, and parent networks
Strategic Expansion
  • Provide insight into regional demand, referral gaps, and geographic growth opportunities
  • Support payer and partnership initiatives when applicable
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of outreach or referral management experience within an ABA organization
  • Strong understanding of the autism services landscape
  • Experience building provider relationships (physicians, schools, therapy networks)
  • Proven ability to generate and grow referral pipelines
  • Strong organizational skills with CRM tracking experience
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

    Ability and willingness to travel throughout North Carolina
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in ABA intake, recruiting, or operations
  • Existing relationships within North Carolina pediatric or autism provider networks
  • Multi-region outreach experience
  • Experience in home-based ABA service models
