Youth Mobile Crisis Clinician – Per Diem/Fee-for-Service
  • $125 – Monday–Friday
  • $150 – Saturday–Sunday
  • $175 – Holidays

💙 Make an Immediate Impact

Join our Youth Mobile Crisis Intervention (YMCI) Team providing 24/7 emergency behavioral health support to youth (up to age 21) experiencing emotional or substance use crises.

This is a mobile community-based position — you will meet youth and families where they are.

🌟 What You’ll Do
  • Respond to youth in crisis in homes and community settings
  • Conduct comprehensive crisis assessments
  • Develop safety plans and determine appropriate level of care
  • Provide stabilization to help prevent hospitalization
  • Coordinate with supervisors and community providers
  • Deliver 7-day follow-up support to ensure continuity of care

  • Flexible, adaptable, and solution-focused

Experience in crisis services, emergency psychiatry, or residential care preferred.

  • Master’s degree (Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field)
  • 1+ year psychiatric emergency or similar experience
  • Valid driver’s license & reliable vehicle
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and weekdays
