Overview

We are seeking a Patient Services Specialist to support our patient services, adherence programs, and marketing operations initiatives. This specialist will play a key role in managing the Medical Legal Regulatory (MLR) review process within Veeva Vault, creating new marketing and patient education materials, and assisting with market access and reimbursement activities.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to patient adherence efforts, particularly related to an upcoming launch, while working closely with cross-functional teams. The position is remote with minimal travel and offers an important support function to the successful launch of this product and toward providing positive patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate on the creation and review of new patient services and marketing materials aimed at improving patient adherence and engagement.
  • Support patient services initiatives, including adherence programs and market access/reimbursement activities.
  • Assist with day-to-day marketing operations and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure the timely execution of projects.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to track progress and implement necessary follow-ups.
  • Manage and support the Medical Legal Regulatory (MLR) review process (PMRC), including compiling feedback and performing administrative tasks related to the review cycle.
  • Use Veeva Vault to maintain compliance and streamline marketing material workflows.
  • Maintain records and documentation related to patient services and marketing activities.
  • Participate in follow-up calls and reviews regarding ongoing project status, including special focus areas for disease adherence programs.
Qualifications
  • 3-7 years of experience in Patient Services, Marketing Operations, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with Veeva Vault and Medical Legal Regulatory (MLR) review process (PMRC).
  • Experience or background in patient adherence programs, preferably including rare disease experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Knowledge or experience in market access and reimbursement processes is a plus.
Preferred Experience
  • Exposure to patient services and marketing operations within a pharmaceutical or biotech company.
  • Prior experience working with cross-functional teams, including Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and Marketing.
  • Previous familiarity with patient engagement tools and materials development.
Additional Information
  • This position is 40 hours per week and is initially defined for a 9-month period, with the potential for extension beyond 12 months.
  • Primarily remote work, with very limited travel required.
  • Candidate will work with other members of the Patient Services team.
