Customer Service Representative

_This position follows a hybrid schedule with some days onsite and some days from home per week. Our office is located at 1707 Cole Blvd, Suite 100, Golden, CO._

* This is a full-time position (40 hours/week), Monday through Friday. Employees must be available to work an 8-hour shift within our standard business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Time. Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs.

We offer up to 90 days of paid in-person training conducted onsite at our office located at 1707 Cole Blvd, Suite 100, Golden, CO, Training hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Time.

Upon successful completion of the training period, employees may be eligible for a hybrid or remote work schedule. If you live within commuting distance of our office at 1707 Cole Blvd, Suite 100, Golden, CO, you'll have the flexibility to work in a hybrid role-splitting your time between home and the office-based on individual performance and business needs, as you take on meaningful challenges.

* Primary Responsibilities:

*
* + Answer average of 60-80 incoming phone calls per day from customers and identify the type of assistance the customer needs

+ Ask appropriate questions and listen actively to identify specific questions or issues while documenting required information in computer systems

+ Communicate directly with clinical staff for patient needs

+ Medication refills, referral requests, chart troubleshooting

+ Scheduling appointments for patients - entering and updating demographics

+ Other tasks as needed

* Required Qualifications:

*
* + High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience

+ Must be 18 years of age OR older

+ 1+ years of experience in customer service environment (i.e. office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as the primary job tools

+

Experience with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications

+ Ability to type at the speed of 40+ WPM

+ Ability to work full time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work an 8-hour shift schedule during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm Mountain Time. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime

* Preferred Qualifications:

* + 1+ years of health care experience

+ 1+ years of call center experience

+ Knowledge of Medical Terminology

+ Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)

+ Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy

+ Must live in a location that can receive a United Health Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service

The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.15 - $28.80 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
