• Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on electrophysiology (EP) mapping and navigation systems
• Educate and train healthcare personnel on technical matters related to cardiac mapping and navigation products
• Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to identify sales opportunities and conduct customer training
• Cultivate customer relationships to drive incremental business within assigned territory
• Serve as a regional champion for mapping technology, influencing proficiency among peers

• High school diploma plus a minimum of 8 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, or
• Associate degree plus a minimum of 6 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, or
• Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 4 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, cardiovascular sciences, life sciences, or a technical discipline
• Proven track record in technical training assignments
• Experience in cardiac catheter ablation, EP lab, or medical sales providing technical/clinical support
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams
• Willingness to travel more than 25% of the time
