- Represent the employer as a device specialist during surgical procedures, ensuring all necessary equipment is available and providing technical support
- Manage patient interactions throughout the clinical process, educating them on product features and benefits
- Provide clinical support during surgeries, including troubleshooting and follow-ups at hospitals and clinics
- Educate and train healthcare professionals on products and therapies through various educational sessions and seminars
- Maintain relationships with office staff and healthcare providers through regular account visits and communication
- High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 6 years of clinical or medical sales experience; or an Associate's degree with a minimum of 4 years; or a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience
- Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
- Familiarity with healthcare universal precautions and ability to manage clinical events autonomously
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field
- Clinical experience with implantable neurological products and patient care
- Experience in servicing medical personnel on product use
- Knowledge of reimbursement processes and the healthcare environment
- Experience with a medical device or pharmaceutical company
