• Identify training needs by collaborating with regional stakeholders to address skill or knowledge gaps
• Partner with marketing and cross‑functional teams to design and develop training courses aligned with organizational goals
• Deliver clinical and sales training content using various digital resources and learning methods
• Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, surveys, and feedback
• Manage and update training programs that support the sales team and incorporate new advancements in acute care technologies

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in medical device sales, marketing, or training delivery
• OR an advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant areas
• Strong track record demonstrating individual and team results
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously

• Field sales experience in the acute care medical device environment
• Clinical experience and knowledge of acute care hospital settings
• Proven ability to navigate and collaborate within a global matrix organization
• Experience with project management and change management
• Advanced degree (MBA, MA Ed, MA, or PhD) related to the field
