At Compleat KiDZ, we're on a mission to make a real difference for children and families through high-quality, compassionate ABA therapy. We're looking for a Primary Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who's ready to lead, collaborate, and thrive in a supportive clinic-based environment.

• $120,000 base salary

• Work with our BCBA scheduler to design a 40-hour schedule that works for you
• Some work-from-home opportunities built in

• Maintain a direct caseload of learners
• Support remote BCBAs to ensure continuity of care
• Collaborate with families, learners, and BTs/RBTs
• Serve as the on-site clinical leader-training, mentoring, and managing BTs/RBTs

• Active BCBA certification
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• NC licensure (or eligibility to obtain before start)
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
• Excellent assessment, documentation, and case management abilities
• Ability to pass a background check
