What You'll Do
  • Maintain a direct caseload of learners
  • Support remote BCBAs to ensure continuity of care
  • Collaborate with families, learners, and BTs/RBTs
  • Serve as the on-site clinical leader-training, mentoring, and managing BTs/RBTs
What You'll Need
  • Active BCBA certification
  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • NC licensure (or eligibility to obtain before start)
  • Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
  • Excellent assessment, documentation, and case management abilities
  • Ability to pass a background check
