What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide technical, educational, operational, and sales support to achieve Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) sales and customer service objectives
  • Conduct checks and interrogations of CRM medical device systems and support product implants
  • Educate and train healthcare professionals on CRM products and solutions
  • Manage patient registration and required hospital documentation, and assist with inventory management
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand market dynamics and customer needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High School Diploma with a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience, or an Associate’s Degree with 4 years of experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of experience in healthcare or field sales
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel approximately 80% of the time within the assigned territory
  • Strong understanding of complex mathematics, mechanical concepts, science, or computing
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships across various organizational levels
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry
  • Expertise with Microsoft tools and applications, including
  • Strong work ethic and ability to accomplish objectives effectively
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record in meeting vendor credentialing requirements
