- Represent the employer as a device specialist during surgical procedures, ensuring all necessary equipment is available and providing technical support
- Manage patients through all phases of the clinical process and educate them on product features and benefits
- Provide clinical support in surgeries, re-programmings, troubleshooting, and follow-ups in hospitals and clinics
- Educate and train physicians and hospital personnel on products and therapies through various teaching sessions
- Maintain strong relationships with office staff and healthcare providers through regular account visits
- High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 6 years of clinical or medical sales experience; or an Associate's degree with 4 years of experience; or a Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience
- Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
- Ability to work autonomously and efficiently with little direction
- Must adhere to healthcare universal precautions to minimize exposure to infectious diseases
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and wear a protective lead apron for extended periods
- Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field
- Clinical experience with implantable neurological products and patient care
- Experience in servicing medical personnel on product use
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Understanding of basic reimbursement and healthcare environment
