We’re growing our Maryland team and seeking dedicated full-time licensed therapists ready to build a long-term career while making a lasting impact.

$65 per billable hour — LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT (independently licensed)

$45 per billable hour — LMSW, LGPC (requires supervision; limited openings available)

Provide evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and families in communities with high need.

Collaborative interdisciplinary team, accessible leadership, and systems designed to reduce burnout and maximize clinical focus.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy via secure telehealth
• Conduct comprehensive intakes and assessments
• Develop and implement client-centered treatment plans
• Collaborate with PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and peer clinicians
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in our EHR
• Support families with education and care coordination

• Active Maryland license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW-C
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
