Physician Lab Sales Specialist

• Drive sales growth by promoting diagnostic solutions, including instrumentation and consumables
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue and customer retention
• Build relationships with physicians, lab directors, and decision-makers across multiple care settings
• Conduct diagnostic workflow analyses to identify opportunities for upgrading instrumentation
• Monitor competitive activity and serve as a subject matter expert for internal teams

• Typically 7 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in relevant professional experience
• Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline;
  Master's degree preferred
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue and unit targets
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Experience selling into physician office labs, urgent care centers, and integrated delivery networks
• Familiarity with reagent rental models, CLIA compliance, and reimbursement frameworks
• Proven ability to close both transactional consumables sales and longer-cycle placements
• Prior experience collaborating within cross-functional teams to achieve growth
• Two or more industry certifications
