- Recognize ACD specific assessments/treatment plans and pending referrals and authorizations for review
- Coordinate authorizations with Autism Services Navigators and Utilization Management while addressing inquiries from associates and providers
- Manage inbound calls related to the TRICARE Autism Care Demonstration, educating beneficiaries and providers about the program
- Handle a high volume of work with deadlines in a customer service or referral management role
- Utilize medical terminology and/or UM/Coding knowledge in daily tasks
- U.S. Citizenship is required due to Department of Defense contract
- Must successfully receive interim approval for government security clearance
- Availability to work a shift from 10:30 a.m. – 7 p.m. E.T.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or referral management, along with experience in healthcare/medical or health insurance field
- Familiarity with medical terminology and/or UM/Coding experience
- Military healthcare service experience or knowledge of the TRICARE entitlement program
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
