Overview:
Sentara Obici Hospital is hiring a Clinical Lab Assistant to work full‑time evenings (3:00 p–11:30 p) in the clinical laboratory. The role is the primary point of contact for specimen entry, labeling, processing, and distribution based on testing orders. The assistant monitors supply levels, operates and maintains laboratory equipment, and handles internal and external customer inquiries and problem resolution. Frequent interaction occurs with hospitals, nursing facilities, and physician office staff.

Education & Experience- High School Graduate or Equivalent
- 1 year healthcare experience preferred
