We're seeking exceptional Live-In Caregivers to join our mission-driven team. In this role, you'll spend 3 or 4 consecutive days living in the client's home
, bringing stability, safety, engagement and person-centered care to older adults with Alzheimer's or other forms of dementia.

  You will have a steady, predictable schedule over multiple days, building trust and creating a calmer, more connected environment with your client.

  :
  Work 3 or 4 consecutive days, then enjoy extended time off (3 or 4 days off each week).

• Competitive pay: $20/hr
• Daily pay rate: $380 (4-day); $346 (3-day). Includes overtime pay
• Annual pay: $79,000 (4-day); $54,000 (3-day). Assumes 52 weeks worked
• Sign on Bonus of $600

• Live-in schedules: 3-4 consecutive days, including overnight stays

• Provide relationship-centered care to older adults with Alzheimer's or other forms of dementia
• Support personal care (bathing, dressing, cueing, ambulation)
• Create calm, structured days through activities, companionship, and routine
  
  Prepare simple meals and ensure a safe home environment
• Be a steady, supportive presence for both the client and their family
• Maintain professionalism, boundaries, and safety while residing in the client's home during your shift block

• 6+ months of dementia or caregiving experience (family or professional)
• Ability to commit to live-in shifts of 3-4 consecutive days
• Empathy, compassion, and consistency
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current insurance
• High school diploma or GED
• Proof of work eligibility in the U.S. and ability to pass a background check
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Eligibility to register with the IDPH Health Care Worker Registry

  In-person, serving Lake Forest and nearby North Shore communities
• Schedule:
  
  Live-in shifts of 3-4 consecutive days at a time
• Pay Rate: $20/hour
• Type:
  Full-time, depending on availability of Live-In clients
