Dulles Psychological Services is a private mental health practice located in Sterling, Virginia. This is a part‑time or full‑time hybrid role for Psychologists, Clinical Social Workers, Counselors, and Residents/Supervisees. The individual in this role will provide therapeutic services, including one‑on‑one, group, or family counseling, conduct psychological assessments, and create tailored treatment plans to support clients' mental health and wellbeing. Additional responsibilities include reporting, case documentation, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. While based in Sterling, VA, this role offers flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Psychology and Mental Health practices
- Experience in Counseling and Therapy
- Skills in conducting Psychological Assessments
- Familiarity with mental health evaluation methodologies and principles
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a psychologist, clinical social worker, professional counselor, or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with children, adults, couples, and families
- Experience in trauma‑informed care is a plus
