• Serve as a consultant for customers and company personnel, ensuring efficient operation of products
• Coordinate training events and provide ongoing support for application-related concerns
• Maintain effective communication with various departments to resolve issues
• Deliver training and consultation services, both remotely and on-site
• Ensure compliance with quality management systems and regulatory requirements

• 2 to 10 years of experience in medical technology, PACS Administration, or healthcare industry, preferably in Cardiology or Radiology
• Associate’s Degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant healthcare field required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Technical support experience with excellent troubleshooting skills

• Experience as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer or Registered Vascular Technologist
• Background in medical imaging or software application in the healthcare IT industry
• Previous experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Professional presence and ability to manage multiple functions effectively
• Active participation in professional organizations related to healthcare
