Position: Sr Clinical Specialist CRM - Grand Junction, CO

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide technical, educational, operational, and sales support to meet customer service objectives
  • Conduct checks and interrogations of CRM medical device systems and support implants post sign-off
  • Educate and train healthcare professionals on products and solutions
  • Manage consignment and trunk inventory and assist with daily coverage logistics
  • Stay up to date on new products and complete all assigned training in a timely manner
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma PLUS a minimum of 8 years of work experience in an EP or Cath Lab setting, or sales/service in a cardiac device company
  • Associate’s Degree PLUS a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree PLUS a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience
  • Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
  • Ability to meet vendor credentialing requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry
  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with peers and colleagues
  • Expertise with Microsoft tools and applications (e.g., )
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
