• At least 4 years of business analytics experience in healthcare, preferably in a customer/provider services setting
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

• Experience in training and supporting end‑users on new processes and systems
• Background in analyzing healthcare data to drive process improvements
