Position: Clinical Specialist CRM - Visalia / Hanford

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide technical, educational, operational, and sales support to meet Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) sales and customer service objectives
  • Perform checks/interrogations of CRM medical device systems and support product implants
  • Educate and train physicians and hospital personnel on CRM products and solutions
  • Manage inventory and patient registration documentation to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up to date on new products and complete assigned training in a timely manner
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma with a minimum of 6 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales, or related fields OR an Associate’s Degree with 4 years of experience OR a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of experience
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to drive approximately 80% of the time within the assigned territory
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by local management
  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with peers and colleagues
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry
  • Expertise with Microsoft tools and other applications (e.g., )
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong work ethic
  • Ability to coordinate and participate in multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to meet vendor credentialing requirements
