Sr EHS Compliance Specialist - Remote

• Lead and continuously improve safety programs to reduce workplace risks and enhance safety culture
• Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
• Coach leaders and employees on safety principles and compliance
• Conduct site visits to assess practices and ensure OSHA compliance
• Maintain accurate safety records and report metrics, trends, and recommendations

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience
• Working knowledge of EPA, OSHA, and other State or Federal programs
• Experience or education in Occupational Safety and Health, Industrial Hygiene, and/or Industrial Safety and Health
• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Certification in Occupational Safety and Health
• Experience in a food manufacturing environment
• Proven track record of implementing successful safety programs
• Familiarity with safety training and engagement initiatives
• Leadership experience in safety management
