Licensed EAP Specialist - Remote

• Answer inbound calls related to EAP and Behavioral health services
• Conduct assessments and triage for routine and crisis callers
• Provide solution‑focused consultation to assist members with issue resolution
• Determine member eligibility and benefit coverage, triaging as appropriate
• Update and enter clinical notes in the care management database

• Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Current, unrestricted, independent behavioral health license in your state of residence
• 3+ years of clinical experience post‑Master's
• 2+ years of experience with Windows PC applications, including typing and navigating multiple systems
• Access to high‑speed internet at home via cable broadband, DSL, or fiber

• CEAP certification (or eligibility to obtain)
• Call center experience
• Experience supporting an Employee Assistance Program
• Background in behavioral health and substance abuse, including dual diagnosis and risk management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven multitasking ability
