• Develop and maintain requirement documents related to coverage, reimbursement, and system changes
• Monitor regulatory sources and provide recommendations for process improvements
• Lead development and management of requirement interpretation review processes
• Communicate requirement changes to health plans/product teams and corporate areas
• Coordinate analysis and implementation of changes impacting the product

• At least 4 years of experience in a managed care organization, health insurance, or a related field
• Knowledge of policy and government legislative review
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with administration systems
• Proficiency in Office Product Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams

• Project implementation experience
• Knowledge of federal regulatory policy resources, including CMS and the ACA
• Medical Coding certification
