• Coordinate the authorization process with hospital personnel, payer representatives, and reimbursement operations
• Provide education on Life Vest benefits and processes to hospital and payor case managers
• Maintain customer profile data on managed care contacts in the assigned geography
• Collaborate with the National Accounts team to support managed care goals and objectives
• Initiate and follow up on Letters of Agreement with targeted payors

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience
• Completion of a Registered Nursing Program or equivalent clinical background
• Cardiology clinical acumen
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Ability to navigate the internet and payor websites

• Case Manager or Resource Utilization experience
• Experience in a healthcare-related field with a focus on reimbursement processes
• Strong understanding of managed care practices
