Board Certified Behavior Analyst

This is a full-time remote position for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The BCBA will design and implement behavior intervention plans, apply evidence-based behavior analysis techniques, and monitor client progress through data-driven assessments. Responsibilities also include training and guiding caregivers, conducting behavior assessments, overseeing therapy programs, and mentoring behavior technicians in alignment with ethical standards and organizational goals.

• Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies
• Experience with Behavior Management and designing interventions for children on the Autism spectrum
• Skills in Parent Education and caregiver collaboration to ensure successful implementation of behavior support plans
• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Licensed Behavior Analyst in Tennessee
• Ability to work in a remote environment and communicate effectively
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience supervising behavior technicians or paraprofessionals is a plus
