- Professional licensure (CTRS, PT, OT, SLP, RN, LPN, LCSW, LPC, etc.)

- Passion for helping patients thrive
- Obtains patient records and prescriptions
- Assures patient pre‑admission paperwork is complete
- Coordinates “PRN” staffing and employee schedules, as needed
- Supports the front office team, backs up phone, front desk coverage, verifies insurance and schedules
- Monitors patient equipment requests, coordinating with vendors, therapists, and patients to assure completion
- Maintains patient care database by entering new information & updating
- Monitors cancellations, makes follow‑up calls and sends letters
- Promotes and hosts support groups and special events (develops flyers, promotes on web page and social media, decides topics and content, coordinates speakers)
- Maintains website (bios, news stories, patient stories, newsletters, announcements)
- Reconciles credit card batch sheets daily
- Orders supplies for clinic
- Collects weekly and monthly statistical information and assists director in preparing corporate reports
- Maintains and develops referral source relationships and corresponds with physicians/referral sources
- Maintains study information and actively recruits participants
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED
- A minimum of two years administrative office experience, preferably in a medical setting
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and insurance verification process
- Advanced computer software (Microsoft Office) and data entry skills
- Excellent organizational, customer service, and oral/written communication skills
