Psychologist Supervisor

The Division of Adult Institutions is currently recruiting to fill a Psychologist Supervisor position, located at Taycheedah Correctional Institution in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin.

This position is responsible for the overall administration of the Psychological Services Unit. The Psychologist Supervisor is responsible for the development, administration, supervision and coordination of all psychological services programs within the facility. They supervise the Psychological Services Unit staff; provide direct services to persons in our care; provide consultation to institution administration and staff; and provide training for staff development.

They administer the psychological services unit to ensure compliance with State and Federal guidelines and program standards; and also manage an Affidavit Action Plan and Health and Safety program within the assigned responsibility areas.

This position is in pay schedule/range 81-02 with a starting salary between $48.87 and $56.82 per hour. Pay on appointment may vary according to the applicable pay transaction provisions of the State Compensation Plan, Wisconsin Administrative Code, and statutes. A two-year Career Executive trial period is required.

Employees in possession of a Doctorate of Psychology (or equivalent) may be eligible for supplemental pay of an additional $6.00 per hour.

Employees in possession of a permanent License to practice Psychology may be eligible for supplemental pay of an additional $5.00 per hour.

This position is eligible for remote work up to 2x/week.
