Part-Time (10 hrs/ week) | Fully Remote | $17/hour

As the first point of contact for new clients, you’ll play a vital role in changing lives. When we receive calls, most are experiencing discouragement, despair, and hopelessness. You’ll offer a warm welcome, guiding those potential clients toward the care they need, and ensuring their first impression of therapy is filled with hope, sensitivity, compassion, and professionalism.
Paradigm Therapy is growing, and we’re excited to welcome a new Client Care Coordinator to our team! In addition to client care, this role includes using your creativity in light marketing and outreach to help expand access to our impactful services.

What You Will Be DoingYou’ll be a key part of our front‑end operations — making sure clients feel supported and our scheduling systems run smoothly. Here’s a look at the kinds of things you’ll enjoy doing:
- Answering phone calls and emails quickly to conduct warm, welcoming intake conversations
- Matching clients with the right therapist based on their needs and availability
- Scheduling appointments by coordinating calendars for multiple providers with care and efficiency
- Accurately entering and managing client information within our EHR system (Simple Practice)
- Using your creativity for light marketing tasks such as social media support, community outreach, and referral tracking
- Helping the team stay informed by tracking intake metrics and conversion rates
- A friendly, outgoing, and professional personality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and technology skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities with a calm, steady attitude
- Compassionate and confident when speaking with clients
Bonus points if you have 3–5 years of administrative experience or experience in a mental health or healthcare setting using an EHR system (like Simple Practice or Therapy Notes).
