• Plan and execute enrollment events to achieve membership growth targets
• Provide leadership and mentorship to new Enrollment Growth team members
• Develop and maintain relationships with key business leaders and community organizations
• Deliver presentations and distribute educational materials to members and potential members
• Assist with incoming calls from prospective and current members, directing them to appropriate departments

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent job-related experience
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience in marketing, business development, or community engagement
• Exceptional networking and negotiation skills with experience in sales and marketing
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related discipline
• Prior experience in a senior or lead role within healthcare marketing or outreach
• Understanding of Health Care Markets, specifically Medicaid
• Experience serving low-income populations or presenting to influencer audiences
• Fluency in a second language is highly desirable
