Patient Account Representative you will support the Patient Care department by ensuring recurring services are processed accurately and on time to prevent delays in patient order delivery. This role focuses on operational efficiency, compliance, and providing a positive patient experience. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.

- Monitor work to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and support process improvements
- Resolve patient concerns by identifying issues and coordinating corrective actions
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless customer service
- Customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and within a team
- Ability to maintain a quiet, dedicated workspace that is free of background noise and ongoing distractions
- Ability to participate in virtual meetings with a professional, camera‑ready presence
- Ability to demonstrate strong time‑management skills, as well as accountability and self‑direction
- Must be able to operate off reliable, high‑speed internet
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of customer service or related experience
- Healthcare or insurance knowledge preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
