Your Responsibilities- Supervise and guide RBTs/Therapists in implementing treatment plans
- Conduct client interviews and prepare individualized treatment reports
- Design and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
- Conduct quarterly competency assessments
- Review and analyze behavior and skill acquisition data through Central Reach
