The YNOTT Foundation (Youth Needing Organ & Tissue Transplants) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting pediatric transplant patients, raising awareness about organ and tissue donation, and promoting health prevention and wellness within communities. The organization also hosts awareness programs, support initiatives, and educational events to improve the lives of children facing life-threatening illnesses.



Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our administrative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining organizational data related to programs, donor records, community outreach initiatives, and internal operations. This role supports the foundation’s mission by ensuring accurate and organized data management for our programs and services.



Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update program, donor, and volunteer data into the organization’s database systems.

• Maintain accurate records of community outreach events, participants, and donations.

• Verify and review data for accuracy and completeness.

• Organize and maintain digital files and spreadsheets.

• Assist with generating reports for management and program coordinators.

• Process and track online forms, registrations, and support requests.

• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

• Collaborate with administrative staff to support nonprofit operations.
Position Requirements
High School, Less than 1 Year work experience
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).

• Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or office assistance.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.

• Strong typing speed and accuracy.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Strong written communication skills.

• Experience with CRM or nonprofit database systems is an advantage.
