Director of Spiritual Services

• Lead Signature Health
  
  CARE in delivering Spiritual support services to all Signature facilities, the residents, and their families.
• Meet residents, families and Stakeholders at the point of their need by listening and developing partnerships with facility leaders, Stakeholders and community resources.

• Develop and execute strategy for delivering on company’s vision for spirituality.
• Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives that improve the customer experience, enhance workflow, and/or improve the work environment.
• Create, implement, and sustain spiritual wellness programs that support diverse faith and non-faith traditions.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver quality spiritual services reflective of resident populations served.
• Conduct in-person audits of spiritual services at each facility.
• Develop and execute program for training certified spiritual care volunteers to become chaplains.
• Audit spiritual services in all Signature facilities.
• Track and trend spiritual care provided in facilities.
• Implement data-driven improvements to deliver exceptional spiritual care at facilities.
• Manage department budget and personnel.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or a combination of Military/Business experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
• Experience with overseeing work at multiple locations, preferably in multiple states required.
• 2 years of experience leading social determinants initiatives
• Previous training certification in Emergency Preparedness via CMS, and/or Hazard Vulnerability Assessments (HVA), and or Psychological First Aid (PFA)
• Experience with in the Healthcare industry preferred
• Ability to travel up to 75% of time
• Strong leadership, relationship, analytical, and creative skills.
• Experience with managing budgets and making data-informed decisions.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, Internet and Intranet navigation.
• Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives.
