Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), located in Anaheim, CA, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Daily responsibilities include conducting behavior assessments, developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, training and supervising behavior technicians, and providing education and support to parents. The BCBA will also monitor client progress, make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, and ensure adherence to ethical and professional guidelines.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
  • Experience in Behavior Management and developing effective intervention strategies
  • Strong skills in Parent Education and collaborative communication
  • Background in Psychology or a related field
  • Current BCBA certification with a solid understanding of ethical guidelines
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work effectively within a hybrid work environment
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Experience working with diverse populations and a passion for making a positive impact
