60% of adults in the U.S. with a diagnosable mental illness go untreated every year because care is inaccessible, while 45% of clinicians are out of network with insurers because reimbursement rates are low and paperwork is unduly burdensome. With innovative technology and a human‑centered philosophy, we provide patients with the care they need.

Talkiatry is seeking experienced licensed Therapists—including social workers, counselors, and marriage and family therapists (LCSWs, LMFTs, LMHCs, LPCs, LCPCs, LPCCs)—to join our team of providers.

• Provide the best, high‑quality psychotherapy and coordinated care for your patients.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team of providers, including psychiatrists and nurse practitioners, to diagnose, manage, and treat patients using a wide variety of interventions and modalities.
• Work independently while collaborating with behavioral‑health team and support staff.
• Utilize our custom technology, including an integrated EMR, to support providers with patient messaging, telemedicine, patient progress tracking, and outcome insights.

• Must have an active and unrestricted state license that allows independent practice in the state(s) where you intend to work.
• Technical proficiency with EMR tools and the ability to learn new or streamlined EMR systems.
• Willingness and ability to obtain additional state licensure, as requested, with pay for the licensure handled by Talkiatry.

Salary: $70,000 ‑ $90,000 per year, plus monthly productivity incentive.
