Is responsible to oversee operations across multiple health system locations to drive optimum efficiencies, exceptional patient outcomes, and strong referral relationships. Responsible for achieving operational and financial goals, including ultimate P&L accountability. This role leads both internal operations and external health system partnerships to support company growth, compliance, and service excellence.
Responsibilities and Duties:- Lead and supervise Director, Health System Operations, Health System Managers, and Sleep Clinic Mangers to meet health system operational goals and compliance standards.
- Develop and execute operational strategies to enhance efficiency, patient outcomes, referral workflows, and service excellence.
- Partner with Revenue Cycle and Compliance teams to ensure accurate documentation and timely collection of medical necessity paperwork during the referral process.
- Collaborate with Sales and internal stakeholders to promote service offerings, expand markets, and achieve growth objectives.
- Conduct routine financial reviews with health system leadership to drive performance and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
- Manage inventory needs and CAPEX planning across locations, including PAR levels within health systems.
- Oversee Liaison staff performance, ensuring order accuracy and documentation for insurance coverage and payment requirements.
- Lead development and tracking of KPIs, action plans, and regular communication to key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as accreditation standards (e.g., ACHC).
- Attend Quarterly Business Review meetings to drive alignment and continuous improvement in health system partnerships.
- Ensure appropriate staffing and service levels across all operations.
- Address escalated service issues in collaboration with Operations and Sales leadership to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain oversight of Brigh Tree system responsibilities, including Fax Management, WIP stages, and Task workflows.
- Maintain oversight of Tennr and ePrescribing responsibilities.
- Provide oversight of EMR‑enabled referral and documentation workflows within health system partnerships, ensuring alignment with operational standards, compliance requirements, and agreed‑upon service expectations.
- Attend and contribute to staff, leadership, and training meetings as required by the Chief Operating Officer.
- Perform other related responsibilities as assigned.
Education:
College degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare operations or health systems management.
- Strong understanding of reimbursement and compliance within the healthcare industry.
- Experience in supervisory leadership and team development.
- Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams and drive performance.
- High‑level communication, analytical, and customer relationship skills.
- Exceptional organizational and interpersonal abilities; must be a collaborative team player.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment and perform physical functions required for field visits.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Travel up to 50% of the time.
