This is a full-time hybrid role based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, with some flexibility for remote work. The Business Development Specialist will focus on lead generation, market research, building relationships with referral partners, and identifying growth opportunities. Responsibilities include conducting outreach to potential clients, maintaining strong client relationships, analyzing market trends, and supporting senior care placement services that meet clients' needs.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients, build relationships, and respond effectively to inquiries.
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify growth opportunities and expand networks.
• Well-developed Analytical Skills to assess market data and identify trends for strategic planning.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently in a hybrid work environment.
• Familiarity with the senior care industry or healthcare services is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Proficient in using CRM software and basic office applications.
