• Manage patient scheduling for radiology appointments, including obtaining insurance and handling medical records
• Answer multi-line phones for multiple locations and manage incoming faxes
• Maintain attention to detail and provide excellent customer service to patients and staff
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high productivity environment
• Exercise judgment and make decisions as necessary to ensure smooth operations

• Background in healthcare preferred
• Experience with eClinical
  
  Works Practice Management System preferred
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks throughout the workday
• Excellent communication skills for interactions with patients, physicians, and coworkers
• Ability to work within the Central Standard Time (CST) zone

• Previous experience in a scheduling or administrative role within the healthcare sector
• Familiarity with radiology procedures and terminology
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment
